Scoping
We’ll work with you to understand what you want to do and achieve. Our pre-feasibility checks will help to understand what potential the project has. With integrity at the forefront of everything we do, we’ll also conduct initial due-diligence checks to ensure success.

Feasibility
A full-feasibility analysis that will help you decide the methodology that best suits your ambitions. We’ll also carry out further due-diligence and safeguarding checks before moving to stage 3.

Proof of Concept
We will look to complete in-country activities, with a high-integrity pilot study to collect the data required for scaling up your project.

Project implementation
When the project has been proven, and the data collected, we’ll work with you to implement your full ambition and help co-ordinate activities on the ground. Working directly with communities, local government and businesses, your project will have long-lasting and meaningful impact.
